Click in order of [Admin Setup] > [Network Menu] > [Mail Server Setup].

Select [SMTP Server], and then enter the address of the SMTP server.

Click [Valid character check] to check the address of the SMTP server.

Set [Authentication Method] if necessary.
11.
Set [SMTP User ID] and [SMTP Password] if necessary.
12.
Click [Valid character check] to check the entered values.
13.
Click (Save to device).
