Registering or Deleting from the Operator Panel

This section describes how to register and delete the address book or group list from the operator panel.
If you register an e-mail address to the address book, you can create a group to which you broadcast a message. You can use the
address book and group list when you specify destinations with the Scan to E-mail function or the Internet Fax function.
You can register up to 300 e-mail addresses in the address book.
You can create up to 20 e-mail address groups.
