Function
To export the configuration data from the configuration volume in the disaster recovery center.
Format
exportdb [-i host IP address -u user name -p password] -f file directory -gn group name -vn
volume name
Parameters

-i host IP address Specifies the IP address of the remote SFTP server.
-u user name
-p password
-f file directory
-gn group name
-vn volume name Specifies the name of the configuration volume.
Modes
Normal.
Level
Administrator level.
Usage Guidelines
Before running this command, you need to close the configuration volume by running the
command setdbattrib -a 0.
When using the command, pay attention to the following points:

Description
Specifies the user name of the remote SFTP server.
Specifies the password of the remote SFTP server.
Specifies the directory for saving the exported configuration data. None.
Specifies the name of the disk group that the configuration volume
belongs to.
CAUTION
To ensure the security of the VIS6000 system, the configuration data is stored both on the
system disk and on the storage arrays. The volume for storing the system configuration
data is the WWN volume of the VIS6000.
