Usage Guidelines
vxibccron list is used to display all set periodic information.
vxibccron show dg rvg is used to display the last snapshot information on the designated disk
group and replication volume group.
vxibccron pause n is used to halt the n setting. (n stands for the ordinal number)
vxibccron resume n is used to restore the n setting. (n stands for the ordinal number)
vxibccron del n is used to delete the n setting. (n stands for the ordinal number)
vxibccron del all is used to delete all settings.
vxibccron add min hour day mon week diskgroup rvg [ip] is used to initiate the disaster recovery
center to make snapshot operation upon the designated disk group. Add the IP address of the
disaster recovery center if a disaster recovery center is needed to be designated.
Example
The snapshot operations are set to be performed on 2 past 1 a.m. of the 3rd day in each month.
VIS CLI:root>server>vxibccron add 1 2 3 + + vvrdg vvr_rvg
