REMOVAL AND DISASSEMBLY

• Remove the front leg shield. ("5-6)
• Remove the front wheel.
("UY125: 5-12)("UY125S: 5-20)
• Remove the front fender 1.
• Remove the front brake hose guide and front brake caliper.
(UY125S)("5-25)
• Loosen the front fork top cap 2.
• Remove the front fork clamp bolts.
NOTE:
Hold the front fork by the hand to prevent sliding out of the steer-
ing stem.
Remove the front fork 3.
