• Remove the washer 2.
• Loosen the steering stem nut 3 with the special tool.
$ 99000-60611: Universal clamp wrench
• Remove the steering stem nut 3 and dust cover 4.
NOTE:
Hold the steering stem bracket to prevent it from falling.
• Remove the upper bearing inner race 5.
• Remove the upper and lower steel balls.
Upper: 22 pcs.
Lower: 27 pcs.
• Remove the outer lower race with a chisel.

The removed outer lower race should be replaced with
a new one.
