Step Check Items
1 Is the paper too thin?
2 Is the paper too dry?
3 Is the the surface of the transfer belt supply
roller dirty with toner?
4 Is the output from the high-voltage trans-
former normal?
Change the paper.
Change the paper.
Clean it with alcohol.
Adjust the output. Replace the transformer if nec-
essary.
