Select [Properties]-[Security]-[Edit User].
Click [Add] and type in "dppc" in the "New name" box.
Type in "dppc" in the "New Password" and "Verify Password" boxes, then click [OK].
Select "dppc" and click the "File Access" tab. Then, click [Add].
