4 When you find the file you want to download, click the name of the
file. The File Download dialog box opens.

Scan Administration
It is a good idea to perform regular maintenance tasks such as resetting

templates, or deleting scan files stored on the controller.

Setting Your Preferences

You can customize the appearance of TopAccess. If you do not log in or if
you log in as an end-user, setting preferences only affects your view of
TopAccess. If you log in as the administrator, setting the preferences
affects all users.
1 Click the Preferences tab to open the Preferences page.
