Device status displays Ready if there are no current error conditions. It
displays Alert if warning or error conditions exist that may impede the
normal functionality of the copier.
Errors are shown in red and warnings in yellow.
Print Jobs Tab
The Print Jobs tab provides links to the jobs in the various queues. The
list displays jobs based on the job types you select using the check boxes.
Job Types
The print job types are:
Current: displays a list of the current jobs in the print queue.
Private: displays a list of private print jobs.
Proof: displays a list of multi-copy jobs for which a single proof print
is printed before the user releases the controller to print the
remaining copies.
Scheduled: displays print jobs that the controller runs at a later date
and time.

Errors: indicate conditions that prevent job processing, such as a
paper jam or out of toner.
Warnings: indicate conditions that do not require immediate
attention, but may affect normal operation, such as out of paper
or low toner.
