Checking Device Status

TopAccess opens to the Device tab, which includes an illustration of the
device.
This tab shows the following information about the controller:
Device status, which can be Ready or a number that identifies an
alert condition. Errors are in red and warnings are in yellow.
Device name and location.
The contact name and phone number for the person responsible for
managing the controller.
Paper trays on this device (media size, media types, cassettes, and
their status).
List of optional components installed on the device.
Administrative message.
At any time, you can click
information.
