Problem Description
This condition may arise due to a network problem, disk I/O error, or
software bug. It is most likely the result of an unrecoverable disk error.
Corrective Action

Run ScanDisk, or another similar diagnostic tool.

Restore the corrupt or missing files from a backup source or reinstall
the software.
Invalid Handle
Problem Description
This condition arises when there is an attempt made to access an invalid
physical memory address.
Corrective Action
1
Exit the application.

Restart the application.

If the condition persists, uninstall and reinstall the software from the
distribution CD.
Open .dll File Error Message
Problem Description
When you are trying to install client software, an error message indicates
that you are trying to install a .dll that another program has already
opened.
Corrective Action
Close all applications before installing any TOSHIBA client software.
