alphanumeric characters.
Do not use the underscore ("_") or at ("@") characters in the device
(controller) name.
Workgroup Name
You cannot assign the controller to a Microsoft Domain. You must assign
it to a workgroup. Both Microsoft print services and controller software
updates require the workgroup name.
By default, the workgroup name is WORKGROUP. However, you can change
it to retain consistency within your network. Choose a name of up to 15
alphanumeric characters.
Analyze the Default Controller Network Settings
The following table summarizes the default controller settings. To adjust
these settings locally use the copier control panel. To adjust them
remotely, use TopAccess.
