General setup procedure

Before using LSD, this machine must be connected to the computer, and
LSD must be installed on the computer.

Connect this machine to the computer.

Install the TWAIN driver and printer driver included with this machine.
– For details on the installation procedure, refer to the corresponding
user manual for the GDI printer controller, image controller or the
TWAIN driver.

Install LSD onto the computer.
– For details on the installation procedure, refer to "Installing LSD" on
page 8-6.
