Stopping the transmission
To stop a transmission, press the [Clear/Stop] key, and then select "YES" in
the screen that appeared.
Canceling (deleting) a queued transmission
To cancel a transmission when the scanned document is waiting to be sent,
delete the job, and cancel the transmission.

Press the [Function] key.
The "FAX FUNCTION" menu
appears.

Press the [+] or [,] key until "CANCEL RESERV." is selected, and then
press the [OK] key.

If a polling transmission job is stored, a screen for entering the ID
appears.
If there are no queued transmission jobs in the memory, the
message "*NONE*" appears.
The details (specified transmission time/type of
transmission/destination fax number) of the queued jobs stored in the
memory are displayed.
