Using the one-touch dial keys, speed dial numbers and keypad,
specify the e-mail address of the recipient.

If necessary, press the [,] key to specify the transmission time and
other basic and advanced settings. For details, refer to "Specifying
transmission settings" on page 5-8.

Press the [Start] key.

If the document is loaded into the document feeder, the machine
starts scanning the document and sending the fax.

To stop the transmission, press the [Clear/Stop] key, and then
select "YES" in the screen that appeared.

If the document is placed on the original glass, continue with step 7.
–
With Internet fax communication, the following functions can be
used in the same way as with fax communications using a
telephone line.
Broadcast transmission (page 3-27)

Queued transmission (page 3-45)
Forwarding (page 4-28)
Relay broadcast transmissions (page 4-26)

If the fax could not be sent, a transmission report is printed. For
details, refer to "Checking communication results" on page 3-39.
When the transmission is finished, a beep is sounded.
