Batch transmission

Multiple documents can be stored in the memory and faxed together at a
specified time. In order to use this function, a one-touch dial key must first
be programmed from Utility mode with the batch transmission settings
(transmission time).
Note
For details on programming a one-touch dial key, refer to "Registering
one-touch dial destinations" on page 6-21.

Position the document to be faxed.
– Refer to "Positioning the document" on page 3-6.

If necessary, select the Quality setting.
– For details on selecting the Quality setting, refer to "Selecting the
fax quality" on page 3-10.

Press the one-touch dial key
programmed with the desired batch
transmission settings.

Press the [Start] key.
The machine automatically starts scanning the document, then sends
it at the specified time.
Note
To cancel a queued batch transmission, press the [Function] key, and
then select "CANCEL RESERV." for each transmission job. For details,
refer to "Canceling (deleting) a queued transmission" on page 3-35.
