Forwarding

With forwarding, the received document is sent to the destination specified
with this machine.
A fax number or e-mail address can be specified as the forwarding
destination.

For details on specifying forwarding settings, refer to "Specifying the
forwarding settings ("FORWARD" parameter)" on page 6-85.
A received Internet fax cannot be forwarded to a fax number.
In addition, if the received data exceeds the conditions specified with the
BASIC/ADVANCED settings, it cannot be forwarded, even if the
forwarding destination is an e-mail address. For details on the
BASIC/ADVANCED settings, refer to "Selecting BASIC/ADVANCED
settings" on page 5-10.
In order to forward to an e-mail address, optional image controller IC-206
or optional network interface card NC-503 must be installed on the
machine.
