The modem or modem port is not properly configured.
Run the port configuration test to check for proper configuration.

This is a remote test, it needs a remote unit to execute.
Connect to a remote unit prior to initiating this test.
***ERROR - Unable to communicate with the remote unit by number ___

Incorrect number for the remote unit.
Acquire the correct number for the remote unit.
