HP-GL/2 print origin

The term "print origin" refers to the point on the paper at which printing starts.
You can choose among the following options: upper right, upper left, center,
lower right and lower left. The default is lower right.

HP-GL/2 page advance

The SP0 command in HP-GL/2 can be interpreted in two ways, depending on
the printer being emulated.

PAGE ADVANCE
SP0 as an end-of-print indicator.

PAGE ADVANCE
SP0 as "select pen zero". Any vectors following the SP0 will be printed with
the defined pen attributes (width and pattern). The default is No. See also
'Defining pen settings' on page 8 0 .
