Request Master Symbol Data

Returns master symbol data for any enabled master symbols from 1 to 10.
Definition:
For example, for a database in which the master symbol database size
has been set to 5 or more, send
for #5. The scanner transmits master symbol #5 data in the following
format: <5/data>.
If no master symbol data is available, the output will be: <5/>.
