THROTTLE LINKAGE ADJUSTMENTS

6. Adjust the accelerator pedal arm pivot nut so that there is 0.005" clearance between the nut and
flat washer.
7. Make sure the accelerator pedal arm is in the fully released position. See arrow 1 in the
illustration.
8. Adjust the throttle rod so that the accelerator module arm has 0.010" clearance between the
arm and the accelerator module bracket. See arrow 2 in the illustration.
9. Reconnect the main battery connector.
10. Remove the blocks from the wheels and test drive the vehicle.

1. Make sure the key-switch is in the "OFF" position, then remove
the key.
2. Place the forward-reverse switch in the center "OFF" position.
3. Set the park brake.
4. Place blocks under the rear wheels to prevent vehicle movement.
5. Unplug the main battery connector.
