Securing Mounting Bracket

Secure the Mounting Bracket to the
Tools Needed:
Mounting Surface by first pre-drilling the
Drill with 3/16" bit
Lag Screw locations with a 3/16"
7/16" Socket Driver
diameter bit and fastening with (2) 5/16"
x 1-5/8" Lag Screws.

Preparing Disconnect Cable

Insert a screwdriver through the cable
Tools Needed:
loop, to use as a handle when pulling
Screwdriver
Disconnect Cable.
(any type)
Pull out the Disconnect Cable located at
the lower right hand side of the Opener.
NOTE: The Disconnect Cable must be
pulled straight out. The Disconnect Cable
cannot be pulled at an angle.
While holding the Disconnect Cable rotate
the Motor into the down position.
Release the Disconnect Cable to
re-engage the Motor assembly.
NOTE: Motor may partly pivot upwards
due to springs.
