Warm-up time

Model DMM is ready for use as soon as the power-up sequence has completed. However, to achieve rated
accuracy and stability, allow the instrument to warm up for half an hour. If the instrument has been
subjected to extreme temperatures, allow additional time for internal temperatures to stabilize.

Display

The display of Model DMM is primarily used to display readings, along with the units and type of
measurement. Annunciators located on the left, right and bottom indicate various states of operation. See
section 2.2 for a complete listing of annunciators.
