TTL--Output #2
Default:
Mismatch or Noread
Options: Mismatch or Noread, Good Match, Mismatch, Noread
Allows you to determine the conditions under which a user-programmable TTL
pulse will be output (high or low depending on polarity) to pin 25 of the host
connector.
Selecting:
Has this effect:
Mismatch
Sends a pulse when the label's data does not match that of
or Noread
the master label, or the label is not decoded before the end
of the read cycle.
Good Match
Sends a pulse when the decoded label matches the master
label (or any good read if match code is disabled).
Mismatch
Sends a pulse when the label's data does not match that of
the master label.
Noread
Sends a pulse when the label's data is not decoded before
the end of the read cycle.
Note: If Good Match is enabled but Match Code is not enabled (see

2-19) then any occurance of a good read will cause a pulse to
be output and mismatches will be ignored.
Output Polarity
Default:
Positive
Options: Positive, Negative
Allows you to choose between positive and negative logic signals to pins 6,
8, and 25 on the host connector, to pin 8 on both the trigger and power con-
nectors, and to the internal relay contacts that open or close a switch
between pins 7 and 9 on both the trigger and power connectors.
When Output Polarity is set to Positive, the switch between pins 7 and 9 on
the power and trigger connectors will be normally open (unless closed by an
output pulse). Conversely, if Output Polarity is set to Negative, pins 7 and 9
of the power and trigger connectors will be normally closed.
Output Pulse Width
Default:
5 (.05 seconds). Corresponds to 50 ms displayed in the menu.
Options: 0 to 255 (0 to 2.55 seconds). Divide the number entered on the
command line by 100 for time in seconds.
Allows you to set the duration of the output pulses to pins 6, 8, and 25 on
the 28-pin connector, to pin 8 on both the trigger and power connectors,
