Code 128

Status
Default: Disabled
Options: Disabled, Enabled
Fixed Code Length
Default: Disabled
Options: Disabled, Enabled
Allows you to increase data integrity by ensuring that only one label length
will be accepted.
Code Length
Default: 10
Options: 1 to 31
Allows you to specify the exact number of characters that the scanner rec-
ognizes. The scanner ignores any label not having the specified length.
UCC/EAN-128
Status
Default: Disabled
Options: Disabled, Enabled, Required
A subset of Code 128, with extended features.
Note: Code 128 must be Enabled for UCC/EAN-128 to function.
With Enabled selected, both Code 128 and UCC/EAN-128 labels are
decoded.
With Required selected, only UCC/EAN-128 labels are decoded.
Format
Default: Standard
Options: Standard, Ap. Rec. (Application Record)
Allows you to choose between Standard UCC/EAN-128 and Application
Record formats.
With Standard enabled, UCC/EAN-128 labels are interpreted and output in
standard UCC/EAN-128 format.
Application Record is a user-definable variation of UCC/EAN-128 that does
