Installing the T4500C FL Inverter Board
To install the T4500C's FL inverter board, follow the steps below and refer to Figures 4-29 and 4-30.
1. Connect the FL inverter cable to CN1 on the inverter board and the four FL cables to
CN2, CN3, CN4 and CN5 (Figure 4-29).
2. Secure the FL inverter cable with tape (Figure 30).
3. Route the cables so they are not pinched by the FL inverter board, display hinge or other
component (Figure 4-28).
4. Replace the FL inverter board and secure it with three M2.5x6 screws (Figure 4-29).
5. Install the display mask, display assembly, top cover, optional PCMCIA card, optional
memory card and battery pack as described in Sections 4.13, 4.9, 4.5, 4.4, 4.3 and 4.2.
