Press the Search key, located at the left of the
the search bar, enter the information you want to search, then press
tap Search.
Menu (

Instead of pressing the MENU button, you can press the Menu key, located at
the left of the Z key, to open the menu for each screen. This means that, with the
keyboard open, you can open the menu using your left hand (press the Menu key)
and select a menu option with your right hand (roll and press the TRACKBALL).

3.2 Creating Application Shortcuts

You can set keyboard shortcuts that open individual applications when used
together with the Search key. For example, if the shortcut to the Browser
application is "b", then on any application screen on the phone, you could press
Search + b to open the Browser application.
To assign a shortcut key
1.
Press HOME, then press MENU.

Tap Settings, scroll down the screen, then tap Applications > Quick launch.
Note
The quick launch screen is organized first by letter (a to z), then followed
by numbers ( to 9). By default, some applications have already been
assigned shortcuts, such as "b" for Browser. You can change or replace
these default shortcuts.
