Google Mail. Clear the check box to exclude the application from

auto-sync, or tap the item to begin synchronisation. You can also control
synchronisation by selecting which Google Mail email label you want to
synchronise. See "To select labels to synchronise" in Chapter 6 for details.
Calendar. Clear the check box to exclude the application from auto-sync, or

tap the item to begin synchronisation.
Contacts. Clear the check box to exclude the application from auto-sync, or

tap the item to begin synchronisation.

4.3 Stop Synchronisation

During synchronisation, press MENU, then select Cancel sync to stop
synchronisation.
