Getting Started
To open a recently-used application
1.
Press and hold the HOME button to open the
recently-used applications window.
The window displays the last six applications
you have used after you turned on the phone.
2.
Tap an icon in the window to open the related
application.
Create and manage folders
You can create folders on the Home screen to hold application icons or shortcuts.
To create a folder and add items to it
1. Do any of the following on any Home screen:
A new folder appears on the screen.
2. To add an item to the folder, tap and hold an application or shortcut icon to
activate move mode, then drag it on top of the folder.
3. Tap the folder to open it. When the folder is opened, tap the folder's title bar to
close it.
Note
To rename a folder
1. Open the keyboard.
2. Tap the folder to open it, then tap and hold the folder's title bar to open the
Rename folder dialogue box.
3. Enter the new folder name, then tap OK.

Press MENU, then tap Add > Shortcut > Folder.
Tap and hold the screen to open the Add to Home menu, then select
Shortcuts > Folder.
Delete a folder as you would delete a shortcut or a widget. See "To
remove an icon, shortcut, or widget" earlier in this chapter.
