7.3 Browser

Open Browser to start surfing the web.
Note You must have an active data (3G, GPRS), or wireless (Wi-Fi) network
connection to access the Internet.
To open Browser
On the Home screen, tap Browser. The Browser opens to the Google home page.

Using Browser

On the Browser screen, open
the keyboard, then press
go to another web page, search
information, bookmark the page,
switch to another opened web page,
and more.
To go to a web page
1. Press , then tap Go to URL.
2. Enter the web page address using the keyboard. As you enter the address,
matching web page addresses will appear on the screen. Tap an address to go
directly to that web page or continue entering the web page address.
3. Tap Go or press
Tip You can also enter the web page address directly on the Browser screen.
Make sure that the cursor or selection is not on a text box within the web
page, then start entering the web page address.
