Select this option to retrieve all your MMS messages
automatically (the header plus the message will download to your
phone). If you clear this check box, only the message headers
will be retrieved and shown in your message list. You can retrieve
the full message by tapping the Download button in the message
header. Once the message has downloaded, tap the Play button
to view the message.
If you want the message headers to download while roaming,
clear this option. Otherwise, you can select this check box to
have your picture messages download even while roaming.
Select this option to receive a notification (for text or picture
message) in the Status bar when a new message arrives.
If you want the phone to ring when a new message arrives, tap
this option, then select a ring tone that is specific to new text
and picture messages. Note that the ring tone briefly plays when
selected.
Select this option if you want the phone to vibrate when a new
message arrives.
