Configuring Subscriber Features
Purpose
Enters global configuration mode.
Enter the dynamic-template configuration mode.
Enters the ppp type mode to configure igmp for
subscriber interfaces.
Enables IGMPv3 explicit host tracking.
Sets the query-interval in seconds for igmp.
The igmp query-interval value, in seconds,

should be in the range from 1 to 3600. With
16000 PPPoE subscribers or less, the
recommended value, that also the default, is 60
seconds.
Sets the query-max-response-time in seconds for igmp.
Note The igmp query-interval value, in seconds, is in
the range from 1 to 12.
commit—Saves the configuration changes and remains
within the configuration session.
end—Prompts user to take one of these actions:
• Yes— Saves configuration changes and exits the
configuration session.
• No—Exits the configuration session without
committing the configuration changes.
• Cancel—Remains in the configuration mode,
without committing the configuration changes.
