Using a thumbscrew, attach the plastic mounting bracket to the back of the ISP.

Access the system board. For more information, see "Accessing the system board" on page 27.

Remove the scanner hard disk.
Note: The hard disk must be removed first for an ISP to be installed.

Unplug the hard disk interface cable from the system board.
