Reinstall the envelope feeder. Make sure it snaps into place.

Flex and stack the envelopes.

Reload the envelopes in the envelope feeder.

Adjust the paper guide.

Lower the envelope weight.

From the scanner control panel, touch Continue, jam cleared.

From the stapler exit bin, firmly grasp the jammed paper on each side, and then gently pull it out.
Note: Make sure all paper fragments are removed.
