When an Error Message is
Displayed
This section explains the meaning of the error messages that appear on the display panel
and the solutions for these messages.
There are two types of error messages, namely, warning messages to get your attention
and printing can still be done, and error messages, where troubleshooting needs to be done
to resolve an error.
When an error message appears, determine the cause and solution of the problem by using
the following tables.
If the length of the error message exceeds the space on the display panel, the display panel will take three seconds
to switch between the first part of the message and the second.
The diagram in the table shows a printer installed with the 2 tray module and the duplex module.
