Printing Problems

6.2.1

LED is Lit, Blinking or Off

Condition
Error LED is lit Is an error message shown on the
printer control panel display?
Error LED is An error that the user is unable to

Online LED is off Is the printer in the offline mode?
Data LED is not Is the parallel, USB or Ethernet cable
blinking or lit after loose or unplugged?

Verification Solution
Refer to the error message and resolve
accordingly.

Write down the displayed error message
or error code. Switch off the power of the
machine, unplug the power plug and
contact your Fuji Xerox or dealers.
Press the Online button on the printer
control panel to switch to the online
mode.

Switch off the power of the machine,
unplug the parallel and Ethernet cables,
and re-connect them again properly.

Use only recommended parallel cable
for connecting DocuPrint 181/211 to the
computer.
Also, this machine supports the
10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX Ethernet
interfaces when the optional network
expansion card is installed. Use a
twisted pair cable that matches the
network requirements. You will also
need a category 5 cable for the
100BASE-TX interface.
