Condition
The printed image
Did you use the recommended paper
is faded
type?
Is the paper damp?
Is the EP cartridge deteriorated or
damaged?
Is it time to replace the EP cartridges? Replace the EP cartridges.
Is the EconoMode selected on the
printer driver?
Is the cassette cover removed?
Black dots or stains
Did you use the recommended paper
are printed
type? Was pre-printed paper or inkjet
paper used?
Is the EP cartridge deteriorated or
damaged?

Solution
Replace with paper of the recommended
size and type.
