Verification
Solution
Load the paper stock properly.
If you are loading special media such as
transparencies, labels or envelopes, fan
them and make sure that there is some
air buffer between the media.

Replace with new paper stock.

Replace with paper of the recommended
size and type.

Push the paper cassette firmly into the
printer.
Clear the paper jam.

adhesive stuck to the rollers. Check the
