Step 8. Perform a final scan
Now that you have set the scanning parameters, simply click on the S
to execute the final scan.

The Nikon Scanner control will keep you informed of the progress of the scan
operation by displaying status messages during the scan.
Step 9. Name the file
Now that the final scan is done, it is necessary to name the scan file in order for it
to be saved. To do so, select the S
