The Preview Window

The preview window consists of the preview image, pixel coordinates of the crop
rectangle, and the crop rectangle itself. These components, in the landscape mode, are
shown in Figure 11.12.

The preview window is also present in the Gamma Curve Editor dialog box.
However, no crop rectangle is present, although the rectangle of the preview window is
used to contain data for the autocontrast button.
When manipulating the exposure controls in the Gamma Curve Editor dialog
box, approximations of the results can be viewed in the preview window. This provides
you with direct feedback regarding the manipulation of the color controls.
