Zoom Out

1. Select the Z
2. Simultaneously strike Control and "-" (the minus sign) on the keyboard.
3. Place the cursor in the active scan window. The cursor will change shape to a
magnifying glass with a "-" sign in the center. This is the Zoom Out cursor, shown in
Figure 18.10.

The "-" sign will disappear from the center of the Zoom Out cursor when it has
reached maximum reduction.

Fit In Window

The F

from actual size out to 1:8 and resizes the window so that the entire image is visible.
This option is only available if an image is loaded.

Autosize Window

The A
UTOSIZE
dow so that the entire image is visible. If the image is larger then the application win-
dow's workspace, the window is sized to fill the workspace. This option is only available
if an image is loaded.

Information

Selecting the I
active image. The display includes vital information about the image, as seen in Figure
18.11. The F3 key will invoke the Information command. This option is only available
if an image is loaded.
