is an example of a network with multiple STPDs that can benefit from RSTP. For RSTP to
work, you need to do the following:
Create an STPD.
Configure the mode of operation for the STPD.
Create the VLANs and assign the VLANid and the VLAN ports.
Assign the carrier VLAN.
Add the protected VLANs to the STPD.
Configure the port link types.
Enable STP.
