Cisco Small Business SPA300 Series, SPA500 Series, and WIP310 IP Phone Administration Guide
You can configure default audio settings for the phone. The volume settings can be
modified by the user by pressing the volume control button on the phone, then
pressing the Save soft button. (Not applicable to the Cisco WIP310.)
To configure the audio volume settings:
Click Admin Login > advanced > Voice > User.
In the Audio Volume section, configure a volume level between 1 and 10, with 1
being the lowest level:
Parameter
Ringer Volume
Speaker Volume
Handset Volume
Headset Volume
Bluetooth Volume
Handset Version
Deep Bass
Click Submit All Changes.
Description
Sets the volume for the ringer.
Sets the volume for the full-duplex
speakerphone.
Sets the volume for the handset.
Sets the volume for the headset.
Sets the volume for the Bluetooth device
(Cisco SPA525G or Cisco SPA525G2 only).
Handset Version—Change the handset version
manually.
Auto—Phone automatically sets the handset
version based on the hardware version and
model. (Default)
Original—Handset set to Version 2 and below.
V3—Handset set to Version 3.
Sets a standard tone or an enhanced bass tone.
