Option Installation
All options require that the system cover be removed. Procedures for removing the cover
are included in this section. Use the figure to locate the sockets and connectors for system
board upgrades.

Expansion Boards
The computer supports ISA Plug and Play expansion boards (see "Plug and Play Support"
in Section 1. Plug and Play expansion boards allow you to simply install the board in an
expansion slot without changing the hardware settings. There are no system resource
conflicts to resolve. Plug and Play automatically configures the board for the system.
Industry-standard 8- or 16-bit, ISA and 32-bit, PCI expansion boards are supported in the
system unit. ISA expansion boards can either be Plug and Play or non-Plug and Play boards.
