Scroll down the list and select "<other> Requires Disk From

At the Insert Disk Screen type
Select "3COM Fast EtherLink PCI 10/100 Base-T Adapter (3C595)" in
the OEM Option Screen and click "OK" or press

At the TCP/IP Configuration Screen make your selection(s) and click on

At the Domain/Network Setting Screen make your selection(s) and click
