The serial interface is detected,
Unbalanced mode: the interface is awaiting data from the Central site (serial).
Balanced mode: the interface is awaiting data from the Central (serial) and/or Re-
mote sites (IP).
The serial interface is detected and is awaiting data from the Central (serial) and/
or Remote sites (IP). (Transparent mode)
Steady:
Unbalanced mode: Data has been received from the Central site and sent to the
Remote site (IP). Awaiting a response from the Remote site. (Non-transparent
mode)
Balanced mode: Data has been received from the Central site and sent to the Re-
mote site (IP). Awaiting a response from the Remote site. Alternatively, data has
been received from the Remote site and sent to the Central site (serial). Awaiting
a response from the Central site. (Non-transparent mode)
Flashing: Data is being transferred through the serial interface. (For all modes).
The serial interface has not been detected/installed or is configured as DOWN.
