PHASE LOSS: Intervenes when the motor
turns in the opposite direction due to a loss
of encoder impulse or when the drive does
not have in its memory the correct code of
the motor installed on the machine.

- Perform a factory reset (802 =1, then 800
=1) + standard settings; For details, see
"6.5 procedure for restoring the low kit
factory settings".
-Check the motor side encoder connector
contacts. They must be "regular" and not
enlarged or stretched out [1 ].
-Check that the power supply box code is
T0001296AC (for DJJ0E*) or T0001203AD
(for DJJ0A*). Check that a secondary fer-
rite [2] is present for the motor encoder
harness, inside the machine. [3]. Check
that the two ferrites are properly closed.
- If the error persists over time: replace
the motor-encoder group from AA ver-
sion to the last version.
- Perform a factory reset (802 =1, then 800
