6.2.3 CASE 3: INSTALLATION OF A NEW TREAD BELT - BELT REPLACEMENT

- CASE 3: Replacement of the tread belt with a new tread belt or belt replacement. Follow the
procedure indicated below:
1. Take as reference the position of the front pin, right and left side. See the table below.
2. After performing the operations: return the front roller to its original condition.
3. The belt must lightly touch the front bearing. More specifically, there must be a maximum gap
of 1 mm to 2 mm between the belt and the front bearing. The belt may lightly touch the bearing,
but must not be overtensioned: as soon as the belt is in contact with the bearing, do not rotate the

er and the frame, both on
the right and on the left side
of the equipment. (TOOL:
gauge).
Alternatively, take as refer-
ence the position of the front
shaft, in correspondence
of which the frame "rests".
