Error
01
OVER-TEMPERATURE: the temperature
of one of the two drive heat-sinks (inverter
part and Pfc part) exceeds the maximum
permitted temperature threshold for at
least 3 sec.
02
OVER-CURRENT on the drive, detected
by the current sensor.
03
UNDER-VOLTAGE: value of the DC Bus
exceeds its minimum threshold.
Starting from the low kit firmware ver-
sion: 10.1.49 the machine stays on and

Solution
-Check for dust in the drive components.
If necessary, clean the drive.
-If it is always present even when the
equipment has just been turned on, with
the electronics cold, replace the drive (low
kit).
-Check the motor side encoder connector
contacts. They must be "regular" and not
enlarged or stretched out [1 ].
- Check that the power supply box code is
T0001296AC (for DJJ0E*) or T0001203AD
(for DJJ0A*). Check that a secondary fer-
rite [2] is present for the motor encoder
harness, inside the machine. [3]. Check
that the two ferrites are properly closed.
- If the error persists over time: replace
the motor-encoder group from AA ver-
sion to the last version.
-Upgrade the low kit fw to the latest re-
leased version (minimum applicable fw
version: 10.1.49).
-Power supply cable not correctly con-
nected, placed or fastened with the ded-
icated cable tie. See section
and correct arrangement of the cables" on
page
78 to make sure the machine has
been installed correctly.
-Check the electrical system: poor dis-
tribution in the electric system (shared
neutral, lines too short) or temporary low
voltage of the electrical network;
